Jeremy Holt is a team performance psychologist who’s spent the last 35 years helping teams in sport, business, and even the military become stronger and more connected. He’s worked with everyone from grassroots rugby teams to Olympic and Paralympic gold medallists, and even helped train the Royal Marines on team identity and resilience.
His TRIBE protocol is based on years of hands-on coaching and research with the University of Sussex. It’s helped teams like the GB Women’s Hockey Team (Olympic Gold 2016), GB Speedway Team (World Champions 2021 & 2024), and GB Wheelchair Rugby Team (Paralympic Gold 2021) find their edge.
Jeremy’s mission is simple: to help grassroots coaches build teams that don’t just play the game, but love the game—and each other.
