We are thrilled to welcome Ewen Murchison as an Associate Partner, bringing a wealth of expertise and leadership from his distinguished career in the Royal Marines where he retired in the rank of Major General. Now a Chartered Director and Executive Coach, Ewen collaborates with boards and senior business leaders to drive exceptional performance and cultivate high-performing teams.

Throughout his illustrious career, Ewen dedicated his life to service, leading troops in Bosnia and during three tours in Afghanistan. In his final tour, he served as the senior British military representative, working closely with international partners and ministers within the Afghan government. Ewen’s experiences in these intense environments have endowed him with profound wisdom, empathy, and insights into achieving high performance under pressure.

Since retiring from active duty, Ewen has been actively involved in consulting on business strategy design and implementation, M&A integration, business transformation, process optimisation, and organisational culture change.

Our association with Ewen began a decade ago at the UK Defence Academy during a high-performance teams training where he first encountered our TRIBE protocol. He later engaged our services to help profile the identity of the Royal Marines.
